Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a fee of 50% of the booked service(s).
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be treated as a no-show and may result in a fee of 100% of the booked service(s).
